The Knicks booked their place in the playoffs with the win over the Wizards (118-109). Jalen Brunson and Quentin Grimes led New York in scoring with 27 points each.

After the game Brunson talked about what it feels clinch a playoff spot, saying that while it is a good feeling, there’s still work to do.

“It’s a great feeling, it’s something you strive for. You want a chance to compete. The fact that we get to further on our season is great. But we still have a lot of work to do,” Brunson said, per Knicks Videos on Twitter.

With three regular season games left to play, the Knicks are fifth in the Eastern Conference with 46 wins and 33 losses.
