Getting ready for a return to the Turkish Airlines Euroleague in the upcoming season, French runner-up Strasbourg reinforced its backcourt with guard Rodrigue Beaubois with a one-year deal, the club announced Tuesday.

Beaubois (1.86 meters, 27 years old) spent last season with fellow French side Le Mans, where he averaged 14.4 points, 2.8 assists, 1.6 rebounds and 1.3 steals in the French League. He also posted 12.7 points, 3.1 assists, 3.0 rebounds and 1.4 steals in EuroChallenge action.

Beaubois started his career with Cholet Basket, before leaving for the NBA where he spent four seasons from 2009 until 2013 with the Dallas Mavericks. He played a total of 182 games averaging 7.1 points and 2.1 assists, and has won 2011 NBA title in the process, too. Beaubois spent the end of 2013-14 season with Belgacom Spirou Charleroi of Belgium, and now he is set to make his Euroleague debut next season.
