Orlando Magic star rookie Paolo Banchero discussed the learning process he’s had to go through on offense this season after Friday’s 117-106 road win vs. the Charlotte Hornets (31 points/5 assists/13-26 FG/2-6 3-PT/3-4 FT).

David Steele: “Do you feel like you’ve pretty much seen everything that NBA teams can throw at you now? You’re in game #64-65 in the season. Do teams keep throwing new stuff at you? Or do you feel like you’ve pretty much seen it at all at this point?”

Banchero: “Yeah, I’ve seen a lot of different coverages. Some harder than others. Teams trying to just dare me to shoot, teams loading up and building walls, teams sending doubles. Learning how to deal with all those coverages in year one is good I think for me, and just learning a lot of games where you struggle and you’re frustrated, but it pays off sometimes when you keep going and keep trying to learn the game.”
