Croatian big man Ante Tomić has closed the door on the NBA for at least three more seasons, as he extended his contract with Barcelona today until 2018.
It was rumored for couple of months now that Tomić was trying to negotiate a deal with Utah Jazz, a team that picked him in the 2008 NBA Draft, but it looks like the big Croatian is feeling comfortable in the Catalan heartland.

Tomić averaged 11.5 ppg and 7 rebounds last season and has had a pivotal role in Barcelona for years.
He leads Barcelona to the Liga Endesa finals against rivals Real Madrid on Friday night.
