The Lakers were one shot away from winning against the 76ers. However, Russell Westbrook was denied at the basket and Philadelphia got the win (113-112).

LeBron James led Los Angeles with team-high 35 points, but it wasn’t enough for his team to win. After the game Tyrese Maxey talked about the four-time NBA champion and his longevity.

Via Ky Carlin of USA Today:

“Bron, he’s really, really good at basketball and he’s really, really good at taking care of his body. Those two things that, when you do that, the longevity of your career will be special. He’s showing us that right now.”

“He’s still running up and down the court catching lobs,” Maxey continued. “He’s still a problem for defenses in the league, and you still see it. Hats off to him.”

In his 20th year in the league James is averaging 29.2 points, 8.4 rebounds and 6.9 assists in36.2 minutes per game.
