Dennis Schroder is yet to play for the Lakers since signing with the team in late September. The 29-year-old point guard injured his thumb during preseason and had to undergo a surgery.
Twelve games into the season, the German international is getting closer to return. According to Brad Turner, Schroder is progressing well and will reevaluated next Thursday.
The situation of Thomas Bryant is similar. He also injured his thumb during preseason and is nearing a return. Like Schroder, he will be reevaluated on November 17.
