Steve Nash, who was fired by the Nets from a head coach position recently, did not have the respect of his players, new report reveals.

According to Brian Lewis of New York Post, while Nash was ‘technically the coach,’ his team did not follow his game plan. Reportedly, during the October 29th loss against the Pacers he called a specific play 10 times, but Kyrie Irving did something else.

Brooklyn is 2-1 since parting ways with Nash. After eleven regular season games the Nets 11th in the Eastern Conference with 4 wins and 7 losses.
