7x NBA champion Robert Horry says that the Los Angeles Lakers’ offense is very predictable right now.

(via Spectrum SportsNet/hat tip to Top SCP):

“When you look at this team, they still play good defense. But when you look at the offense on one end and the offense on the other end. When you look at Denver’s offense. They’re cutting, they’re moving, they’re unpredictable in the way they’re gonna be. If you look at the Lakers offense. You can close your eyes and probably walk to someone and touch them because you know exactly where they’re gonna be. You got that one play when LeBron’s posting up, you might have a guy do that same cut and then curl out. But there’s no movement.

“That’s what makes Denver so good because they know they got a great passer in Jokic. You go to Golden State, that’s what makes them so dangerous. They’re constantly moving and they’re unpredictable in the spots they’re gonna be because they have a great passer in Draymond and they all share the basketball. But the Lakers right now are very predictable in their offense, where they’re going to the same spots and you know exactly where they’re gonna be. Corners, wings, post.”
