Soon after joining the Lakers training camp Dennis Schroder suffered a finger injury. According to NBA insider Sham Charania, there is some worry in Los Angeles that this could be a long-term injury for the German point guard.
He is not the only Laker dealing with injuries before the season even began. Anthony Davis and Lonnie Walker IV have also missed preseason games due to injuries.
