Giannis Antetokounmpo is not concerned about the Milwaukee Bucks’ poor 0-5 preseason record.

For the future hall of famer, what can bother him the most is the way the build their good habits to win.

“It doesn’t worry me,” Antetokounmpo said. “What worries me is our habits and building good habits.

“Right now, we’re not vocal enough. We’re not urgent enough. We’re not hungry enough. But at the end of the day, it’s the preseason. We have the whole regular season to find ourselves.”

The Bucks played the Atlanta Hawks in back-to-back Abu Dhabi games. As they went home, they faced the Chicago Bulls for two straight occasions also. After that, the Brooklyn Nets came in for their preseason finale.

Unfortunately, the club wasn’t able to even snatch one of those matchups. But the last time they were winless in preseason, they eventually went on winning the title of the 2020-21 campaign.

“Guys are down, who knows when they’re going to get back, so this is who we have right now,” Antetokounmpo said.

“We still have a great team, but we’re seven or eight days from the next game and when it really counts. We’ve got to buckle down and start trying to build good habits.”

The Bucks will face fellow East titan Philadelphia 76ers for their Oct. 20 season opener.
