Steph Curry received the ultimate praise from Warriors general manager Bob Myers who used a description that he heard from somebody else to describe the four-time NBA champion.
“I stole this from somebody, but they said this: ‘best face-of-the-franchise in the history of sports’ – Steph Curry. Who’s better? Think about it,” Myers said.
The commentators brought up examples of Derek Jeter (baseball), Tim Duncan, Michael Jordan, John Stockton as athletes that could fit that description. “When it comes to the unselfishness, the pride, the credentials, staying in the same place for his entire career,” Myers went with Curry.
