The Dallas Mavericks are having considerations to tap Facundo Campazzo.

As noted by insider Marc Stein, Dallas “continues to weigh” a potential signing with Campazzo. As such, no firm decision has been handed yet.

Given that they have a huge void to fill on the ball handler spot upon the departure of Jalen Brunson, the Mavs are looking at some other candidates remaining in the market. With that being said, considering the Argentinian cager appears reasonable on their intentions.

Campazzo, 31, remains a free-agent and is not closing his doors for a return in the NBA, though he is already piling up offers from EuroLeague teams Fenerbahce and former club Real Madrid.

He previously played for the Denver Nuggets in the past two seasons, averaging 5.6 points, 3.5 assists, and 1.1 steals per game in 130 appearances.
