The Golden State Warriors are reportedly taking “every legal course of action” to determine how the video of Draymond Green-Jordan Poole altercation was released in public and social media (h/t Ramona Shelburne and Adrian Wojnarowski of ESPN).

As such, the Warriors are “aggressively investigating” the issue and the leakage of the said clip.

The entire NBA online world was shocked on Thursday after TMZ released a video clip of the incident. Green was jawing at Poole while going in close. Poole shoved Green, while the veteran responded with a punch.

It was revealed first by The Athletic that the two indeed had an altercation. But upon what the video has shown, the conflict appears much severe contrary to what other reports have noted.

As told by team GM Bob Myers, Green already expressed his apology to what happened. It remains yet to be seen if he’ll be handed a disciplinary action, but Myers noted that a suspension is unlikely.

Moving forward as the defending champs, Golden State is in hot water regarding what happened. As such, they have a few more days remaining to patch up the holes before tip-off officially begins.
