The Washington Wizards have signed Jordan Goodwin to an Exhibit 10 contract, Michael Scotto of Hoops Hype tweets. The guard signed a 10-day hardship exception contract with the Wizards last season and appeared in two games, JD Shaw of Hoops Rumors notes (Twitter link). He averaged 16.1 PPG and 6.1 RPG in 31 games with their G League affiliate, the Capital City Go-Go.
