There is no traction regarding potential Kevin Durant trade, according to NBA insider Brian Windhorst. Even though many interested would be interested in adding the two-time NBA champion, the asking price set by the Nets is too high for most of them.

“The trade talks involving Kevin Durant have slowed to a trickle,” Windhorst said on ESPN’s Get Up. “You can still get some Nets folks on the phone if you want to make an offer, but they are not aggressively, I am told, making the outgoing calls.

“The league is about to go on its first significant vacations in two years. People are scattering to Europe and the national parts and Kevin Durant is a Net and I don’t think that’s going to change in the near future.”

The Heat appears to be the only team seriously preparing for making a substantial offer to Brooklyn for Kevin Durant as they are looking for multiple first-round picks that could be used in such trade.
