Free-agent NBA big man and outspoken human rights activist Enes Kanter Freedom met with Republican Florida Governor Ron DeSantis.
“It was a pleasure to meet with Ron DeSantis. Huge thanks for your support and friendship. I’ll definitely consider your offer to move to Florida,” Kanter Freedom wrote.
Enes Kanter Freedom – a prominent China’s slave labor critic – was traded by the Boston Celtics to Houston Rockets at the trading deadline. The Rockets waived him on Feb. 14.
