Two players of the Los Angeles Lakers are currently in the health and safety protocols, namely Austin Reaves and Kent Bazemore.

The purple and gold are set to visit the Houston Rockets for their next game tomorrow. Lakers backup coach was asked if there is a chance that some players that are in the health and safety protocols would be available to play.

“There’s always a chance of that because we’re trying to get our guys back in the fold as fast as possible,” Fizdale said. “Some of that unfortunately there’s a suffering that comes with that because guys guys have been gone for 10 days, they’ve been sick, no legs we throw them in there just hit or miss, sometimes they look they go through some thought stretches or like Malik come out and play well.

“So that’s the tough part that you have with bringing them back. But if some guys are healthy and the opportunity is there to get them out there with us, I’m sure that that may be something we look at.”
