Lakers superstar Anthony Davis addressed the knee injury he sustained, which will sideline him for at least a month.

Davis shared his frustration that he will miss significant time, due to the injury. However, he admitted he was ‘glad’ to find out he will not need surgery to repair the damage.

The All-Star big man got injured during the loss to the Minnesota Timberwolves on Friday (92-110). He underwent medical tests that showed a left knee contusion (MCL sprain).

He will remain out for four weeks and Lakers medical staff will re-evaluate him in mid-January. Without Anthony Davis in the lineup, the Lakers dropped their second straight game and now are at 16-15 in the West.
