Lakers rookie Austin Reaves has been able to find his place in the team’s rotation, even though there are many experienced players in his position.

The 23-year-old shooting guard has appeared in 10 games so far this season, averaging 6.1 points, 2 rebounds and 1 assist in 21.3 minutes per game.

Former Lakers guard Alex Caruso, who just like Reaves entered the NBA undrafted, shared his thoughts on the rookie. “He appears to be one of those good glue guys that winning teams need,” he said, via Bryan Kalbrosky of HoopsHype.

“I think he’s a lot farther along than I was during my first year in the league. I think we have the same mindset of getting better and working hard. Hopefully, he can stick around.”
