ALBA Berlin completed the signing of promising big Oscar da Silva, the team announced Thursday. The German national launced his pro career with MPH Riesen Ludwigsburg.

He registered 7.8 points and 3.3 rebounds per game, helping his side win the first place in the easyCredit BBL regular season.

He played for the Oklahoma City Thunder in the past Summer League, putting up 7.5 points and 5.0 rebounds in four contests in Las Vegas.

He can cover the power forward position, representing the German national team in international junior tournaments. He also spent four years, playing for Stanford University.
