Atlanta Hawks signed Timothe Luwawu-Cabarrot to a non-guaranteed one-year deal, Chris Kirschner of The Athletic reports. The Frenchman spent the last season with the Brooklyn Nets.

He averaged 6.4 points, 2.2 rebounds and 1.2 assists in 58 appearances with the Nets. The 26-year-old forward spent the last two seasons of his career in Brooklyn.

The Hawks have 16 other players under contract, including 14 on guaranteed deals, so Luwawu-Cabarrot will likely be competing for the last spot on the 15-man season-opening roster.

TLC also made 11 postseason appearances with the Nets. He was an unrestricted free agent this offseason.
