Philadelphia 76ers signed former Utah Jazz forward Georges Niang, Sixers’ GM Daryl Morey announced Monday. The team did not disclose the terms of the deal.

Niang spent the last four seasons with Utah after playing for Indiana in his rookie year. The Pacers selected him in the 2016 NBA Draft with the No. 50 overall pick out of Iowa State.

Last season, the sharpshooting forward posted career highs of 6.9 points, 2.4 rebounds and 0.8 assists. He shot a nearly 43-percent from three on a career-high 4.1 attempts per game.

Niang is second signing for the Sixers this offseason, following former Lakers’ big man Andre Drummond, who also joined the Philadelphia franchise.
