The NBA has announced the launch of Jr. NBA Play Like a Pro presented by Gatorade®, a tiered educational content offering breaking down basketball skills and tactics, available from today across France, Italy and the United Kingdom. The content library, housed on OWQLO, the official Jr. NBA League app in Europe and the Middle East, features a host of bespoke videos categorized into different tiers ranging from basic moves and skills to advanced plays and complex game theory.

Gatorade, the world’s number one sports drink and official partner of the NBA, joins as presenting partner, offering app users 16 years and older the chance to learn how to play like their favourite NBA players.  Users of all skill levels and abilities eager to grow their knowledge of the game will be catered to through dynamic videos which guide the viewer through selected plays from multiple angles, along with Q&A sessions with Cleveland Cavaliers guard Collin Sexton outlining his approach and sharing how to ‘play like a pro.’

Since April 2020, the OWQLO App has hosted Jr. NBA at Home, an interactive content series providing basketball workouts and drills that can be completed individually and in limited space to help young players around the world stay active and develop their game.  Users can also access the Jr. NBA Coaches – Online program presented by Gatorade®, a virtual resource and content platform offering drills, instructional videos and live coaching clinics.
