Los Angeles Clippers are facing elimination for the third time in the last 18 playoff games. Ty Lue believes that the Clippers have the chance to get back in the series, and explained the mentality his team should have after going down 3-1 on Saturday.

LA had a tough time scoring in the last quarter after returning from a 14-point first half deficit (50-36). Both teams remained scoreless for 4 minutes in the fourth quarter as the Clippers were trailing 71-70.

“Just got to take it one game at a time,” Ty Lue said on the 3-1 deficiti. “Just focus on Monday’s game, that’s it. Not focus on winning three games. Got to take it one game at a time, and that’s got to be our mindset.

We beat Utah and won four games in a row. So, it’s very doable. We’ve just got to make sure we’re locked in and understand what we’re doing offensively. I think we’ve got to be more locked in offensively to beat this team.”

As a team, the Clippers made just 32.5 percent of their attempts and just 16.1 percent of their threes. They will need better shooting to remain alive in the Western Conference Finals.
