The Clippers lost Game 2 of the first round series against the Suns (109-123) and will now head to Los Angeles for the next two games of the series.
Despite the loss, Clippers head coach Tyronn Lue was happy what he saw from his players and says that the team believes it can win defeat the Suns in the first round.
“I feel good. I feel good where we’re at,” Lue said after the game. “Our guys gonna keep competing and keep scrapping. We think we can win this series and so that’s the biggest thing. 100 percent of the battle is believing and we believe we can do it.
“Like I said, clean up some things and do some things a little different. But like I said, I like where we’re at, I like what we did tonight.”
