Victor Wembanyama is ready to join Tony Parker’s and EuroLeague side ASVEL, according to BeBasket (hat tip to Eurohoops).

Wembanyama is considered one of the top prospects in Europe in his age, and the transfer to the French giants is expected to be completed next week.

At 15 years, nine months, and 25 days old, Wembanyama became the second-youngest player after Stefan Petković to play in the EuroCup.

One year later, he made his French LNB Pro A debut, and he was named the best young player of the 2020-21 LNB ProA season.

Wembanyama is expected to leave Nanterre and join ASVEL to make his debut in the upper echelon of the European basketball in EuroLeague next season.
