Kawhi Leonard will not be available for Game 2 of the series between the LA Clippers and the Phoenix Suns on Tuesday, as confirmed by Ty Lue on Monday.

According to Lue, Leonard’s exact return date is unknown, and he’s unsure of how much progress the Clippers’ superstar has made since he first suffered the injury in Game 4 of the second round.

Leonard was having a strong postseason performance before he was sidelined, averaging 30.4 points, 7.7 rebounds, 4.4 assists and 2.1 steals in his first 11 games.

Lue also gave an update on Marcus Morris’ status ahead of Game 2 of the Western Conference Finals series, stating that Morris’ status is still unknown

The LA Clippers will take on the Phoenix Suns in Game 2 of the Western Conference Finals on Tuesday night.
