Atlanta Hawks were able to secure a place in the Eastern Conference Finals after claiming a hard-fought 103-96 over Philadelphia in Game 7 of the semifinal series.

Kevin Huerter had a magnificent game with 27 points on 10-18 shooting to propel the Hawks to their first Conference Finals appearance since 2015.

Despite his poor shooting performance (5-23 FG), Trae Young made several huge plays in the fourth quarter, including a three-point dagger with 2:31 remaining for the end of regulation (93-87). Young finished with 21 points and 10 assists.

For the Sixers, who committed 28 turnovers, Joel Embiid scored a game-high 31 points along with 11 rebounds, while Tobias Harris added 24 points and 14 rebounds.

The Hawks will face the Bucks in the Eastern Conference Finals that are set to start on Wednesday in Milwaukee.
