Atlanta Hawks were able to secure a place in the Eastern Conference Finals after claiming a hard-fought 103-96 over Philadelphia in Game 7 of the semifinal series.

Kevin Huerter had a magnificent game with 27 points on 10-18 shooting to propel the Hawks to their first Conference Finals appearance since 2015.
