The Philadelphia 76ers avoided elimination as they forced Game 7 in the second round series against the Atlanta Hawks. Despite the shooting struggles of their star Joel Embiid, the Sixers managed to win Game 6 by 5 points.

The Cameroonian center made 9 out of 24 shots (37.5%) as he finished the game with 22 points and 13 rebounds. He is confident that for the final encounter of the series which will take place in Philadelphia he will back to his normal shooting form and his team will prevail.

“I’m definitely going to be better. There’s no chance I play worse than I did tonight shooting the ball. I’m at home in front of the home crowd. It’s a perfect setup for us to win,” Embiid said postgame, per Michael Scotto.
