The Catalans survived a late thriller over Armani Milano on Friday (84-82), while the Turks edged defending champions CSKA Moscow (86-89).
Anadolu Efes returns to the Championship Game for a second straight season and has proved they are the best team in the EuroLeague over the last three years.
For their part, FC Barcelona will play in the Final for the first time since 2010 and wants to win the championship for the first time in 11 years.
