LeBron James returned to action after having to sit out six games, due to ankle issues. The four-time NBA champion missed six weeks of basketball prior to returning for just two games.

His second return was more successful as James scored 24 points, grabbed 7 boards and dished 8 assists to help the Lakers take a crucial win over the Pacers.

After the game, Lakers head coach Frank Vogel shared his thoughts on LeBron’s return. “It’s great to have him back out there. He’s LeBron James,” he said. “He’s definitely going to change our team dramatically. We’ve been without him for a long stretch.

“The other guys have performed admirably but having him back in there is just a difference maker. His IQ, his ability to make plays in every way you could make a play and helped us close the game out.”
