Jaren Jackson Jr. has looked very polished since returning from injury on Wednesday. In just under 22 MPG, he’s averaging 19.0 PPG/5.5 RPG/2.5 BPG on 56.0% FG. With Memphis trying to make a push in the West standings as the season ends, having Jackson Jr. back healthy is perfect timing. Grizzlies point guard Ja Morant expressed how excited he is for Jaren and his potential after Friday’s 130-128 win over Portland.

“I’m very excited to have him back on the floor with what he’s able to do out there. He’s a tough cover, you have to I guess pick and choose what you want to give up with him. He’s able to knock down the three and attack you off the dribble as well, and finish inside.”
