Boston Celtics were able to survive Steph Curry’s 47-point performance thanks to Jason Tatum huge night as he rose to the occasion to lead his team to a 119-101 win over the Warriors.

Tatum was elated after the game for the win and his performance against one of the ‘all-time greats’. The Celtics’ All-Star forward ended up putiing 44 points on 16-of-25 from the field along with 10 rebounds.

The outstanding duel between Tatum and Curry was the one to watch on Saturday prime time as they both went at each other blow for blow.

While Curry is on the hottest streak of his career statistically-wise, Tatum has been on a tear lately averaging nealy 30.0 points on 52.2-percent shooting from the field and 42.4-percent from deep in the last eight games.

He’s also adding 8.3 rebounds and 4.0 assists per game during those span leading the Celtics to a 7-1 record in those games.
