Barcelona and Unicaja Malaga both saw defeats as Real Madrid occupied the top spot in the latest round of Liga Endesa clashes.

Clutch play from Marcus Landry helped Zaragoza down Unicaja Malaga 82-76. Landry had 18 points as the Euroleague side dropped just their second game of the season.

Barcelona were stunned 102-96 by Estudiantes in Madrid as Marcelhinho Huertas’ technical and subsequent ejection was enough to seal the win for Estudiantes. 

Fede Van Lacke led the winners with 25 points as Barcelona stay third but with three defeats. 

Before Estudiantes stepped onto the court at the Barclaycard Center, Real Madrid ran out 91-73 winners over Rio Monbus. Sergio Llull amassed 20 points to lead Real Madrid as they take top off Unicaja. 

Joventut Badalona leap into fourth after they beat Bilbao 85-79 in the Catalan capital. 

Tariq Kirksay led the way with 16 points as Badalona own a 9-3 record, an identical one to their neighbours, Barcelona. 

A strong third quarter saw Valencia past Gran Canaria 101-92 at home. Nemanja Nedovic hit four triples en route to 18 points. 

Laboral Kutxa continue to find themselves well outside the playoff places after they lost 93-88 to UCAM Murcia. 

Towards the bottom of the table Fuenlabrada trashed basement side Bruixa d’Or 90-64 thanks to 26 points from Andy Panko. 

Andorra recorded a vital road win as they beat Seville 77-57. Georgios Bogris led the way with 20 points and Tenerife beat Gipuzkoa 77-68.
