Los Angeles Lakers are going to be able to host fans starting April 15th, the team announced. In particular, they will welcome their ‘Purple and Gold’ faithful in the game against the Boston Celtics.

Most of the NBA teams have opened their arenas to their fans after almost a year and a half since last season’s stop of play due to the pandemic.

The Lakers released a statement reassuring the potential attending fans they will work with LA County Public Health and STAPLES Center to finalize the plans.

The Lakers have not played in front of their fans since last March, when the NBA decided to pause the season.
