Golden State Warriors could be potentially interested in signing veteran big man DeMarcus Cousins, per Evan Massey. The report refers also to the Miami Heat in addition to the Boston Celtics.

Cousins was previously playing for the Houston Rockets, where he agreed to a buyout after a not-so-impressive start by the Rockets.

Cousins averaged 9.6 points, 7.6 rebounds, and 2.4 assists per game. He was a part of the Warriors squad that competed in the 2018 NBA Finals against the the Toronto Raptors.

The veteran center is looking for a fresh start, after multiple brutal injuries including an ACL tear and an Achilles injury that kept him out for a long time.

The Warriors did not make any moves during the trade deadline, and are in need of an extra offensive punch inside the paint.

Despite his low shooting percentages, Cousins could definitely find his form playing alongside star players, like Stephen Curry and Draymond Green.
