Trail Blazers’ superstar Damian Lillard will not suit up vs. the Orlando Magic on Friday, per NBC Sports Northwest. Lillard is dealing with stiffness and swelling in his knee.

His situation has not been concerning according to the report. Lillard will not play against the shorthanded Magic, who can barely field a team after a very busy trade deadline Thursday.

For the Blazers, who traded for Norman Powell in Thursday’s deadline giving up Rodney Hood and Gary Trent Jr. to the Toronto Raptors, Jusuf Nurkic is expected to make his return.

Damian Lillard has been putting up big numbers for Portland this season averaging 30.0 points, 7.7 assists and 4.3 rebounds per contest.
