LeBron James returned to action after the All-Star break with two consecutive triple-doubles, helping the Los Angeles Lakers win all three games.

Frank Vogel, the head coach of the reigning NBA champions, was asked after the win against the Minnesota Timberwolves if LeBron’s triple-doubles are a sign that he is playing differently now.

“I honestly don’t think he’s been playing that differently than what he’s been doing leading into the break,” he said. “I just think that our shooters have come alive. I think we had a little bit of a walk going into the break and our shooters everything was short. Our guys got their legs under them a little bit. The last three games they really shot the ball well. So Bron’s assist totals are up.

“Bron particularly plays the same way each night. Guys are making shots, he’s gonna get triple doubles. I just thought he played three really strong games.”
