The Lakers are a potential destination for All-Star forward LaMarcus Aldridge, according to Tim MacMahon of ESPN.
As MacMahon reports, the Lakers will consider signing Aldridge if he is bought out by the San Antonio Spurs.
“Tim MacMahon mentioned Lakers as a potential destination for LaMacrus Aldridge (if bought out) a few times on Windhorst pod,” Ralph Mason tweeted.
Aldridge and the Spurs are in talks with several teams for a trade before the March 25 deadline. Alternatively, the veteran big man will part ways with San Antonio and enter waivers list.
For their part, the Lakers are in search for a big man to bolster their roster, with Andre Drummond and DeMarcus Cousins also being candidates to join the team.
