Philadelphia 76ers took another easy victory since the start of the second part of the season, however they lost MVP candidate Joel Embiid to a knee injury during the third quarter vs. the Wizards Friday.

After missing the game vs. Chicago, Embiid took a scary fall in the second half of the contest in the first game since he cleared the NBA’s health and safety protocols.

It looked like his left knee seemed to hyperextend a bit, and he was immediately grabbing it while he was on the ground.

The Sixers’ superstar will undergo an MRI on his knee Saturday. Philadelphia were able to secure an easy 101-127 victory over Washington.
