Philadelphia 76ers forward Tobias Harris is expected to miss “several” games due to health and safety protocols, according to Shams Charania of The Athletic and Stadium.

ESPN previously reported Harris will miss Monday’s contest against the Portland Trail Blazers. The Sixers are already without Joel Embiid for Monday’s game, as the All-Star center is resting.

The Sixers are 4-2 and have won their past two games, including a 28-point win over the Atlanta Hawks on Saturday. Harris led the team in scoring with 22 points in that game.

Philadelphia is adding another huge problem to its list, as they’re already missing Ben Simmons, while Embiid has been dealing with knee soreness since the start of the season.

With Harris and Embiid out, Seth Curry and Tyrese Maxey will likely shoulder most of the scoring burden for the 76ers for as long as Harris is out.
