James Harden has returned to Houston as an opponent and received mixed reactions from the Rockets’ fans. The Nets are playing against the Rockets in Toyota Center on Wednesday in the much-anticipated return of James Harden.
This is his first game against his former team since the blockbuster trade that sent him to New York and the Brooklyn Nets.

Harden led the Rockets to eight consecutive playoff appearances as Houston made it to the Conference Finals one time during the Warriors’ dynasty era.
Despite the rocky end of the relationship with the Rockets, the franchise still holds Harden in very high regard. In particular, owner Tilman Fertitta recently announced the team’s intention to retire Harden’s No. 13 jersey.
