Warriors’ superstar Steph Curry will participate in the All-Star 3-point contest, per Chris Haynes of Yahoo Sports. The NBA has found it difficult to garner the interest of various participants amid a pandemic.

However, the three-point shootout contest will consist of mostly All-Star participant, per Haynes. However, Damian Lillard withdrew his participation for rest purposes.

A six-time participant in the 3-Point Contest and seven-time All-Star, Curry has won the contest once, 2014-15. Curry leads the Warriors to the another postseason appearance so far, after missing most of the 2019/2020 season.

Curry was limited to five games last season due to a hand injury. This season, he averages 29.5 points shooting 41.3 percent from deep. He also grabs 4.6 rebounds and dishes 6.6 assists per contest.
