Steph Curry was on a mission during the game against the Portland Trail Blazers, as he led the Golden State Warriors to their third win for the season.

Curry went off for a 62-point performance to record a new career-high in the win against the Portland Trail Blazers on Sunday.

Lillard has his own career-high last season against the Warriors with 61 points. However, Sunday’s night belonged to Curry, who became the first player to score 60+ points in the Chase Center.

He had joined Wilt Chamberlain, Joe Fulks, Rick Barry and Klay Thompson as the only players in franchise history to reach the 60-point mark.

That was the third 30+ point performance for Curry this season with Golden State going 3-0 in those occasions. After the game, Curry said great opponents like Lillard are fueling him to do better.
