The Chicago Bulls rookie Patrick Williams is impressing the team’s star Zach LaVine. The 19-year-old forward had a career-high 20 points in a loss to the Orlando Magic, which made him the youngest Bulls player to score 20 points in a game.

After the game, LaVine talked about what Williams brings to the game and the high ceiling he sees for the rookie.

“When he plays like that I don’t think he understands his strength and his physicality,” LaVine said per Rob Schaefer of NBC Sports. “At 19, it’s ridiculous. He’s a monster, he’s going to be a monster.”

Williams, who was the fourth overall pick in the 2020 NBA Draft, is averaging 10.2 points, 4 rebounds and 1.1 assists per game this season.
