Channing Frye has many stories to share regarding his NBA career, as the former sharpshooting big talked about the time LeBron James took it personal against his Suns.
In the latest episode of the Road Trippin’ podcast, Channing Frye narrated an incident of how trash talking LeBron backfired for his team.

“I was in Phoenix and Bron in Miami. He was having a semi-quiet game. Someone on our bench yelled at Bron – ‘Oh we livin’ 0 and the whole bench goes shut the hell up. Bron goes ‘ok I see u’. He then turned the burners on and was barbecuing PJ tucker.”
Frye was a teammate of James’ from 2016 to 2018. He was part of the team that brought the first title in Cleveland alongside the current Lakers’ superstar against the formidable Warriors back in 2016.
The No.8 overall pick had played in the NBA for 14 seasons starting his career in the New York Knicks, after spending four years in Arizona.
He also played for the Blazers, the Suns, the Magic and the Lakers, before concluding his career two seasons ago.
