For the first time in NBA history, two female referees, Natalie Sago and Jenna Schroeder, will be officiating the same NBA game on Jan. 25.

The two will be working the game between the Charlotte Hornets and Orlando Magic with veteran referee Sean Wright.

Sago is in her second season as an NBA referee and refereed 31 regular season games in her first season on staff last year.

She officiated three seasons in both the NBA G League and the WNBA and also has three years of collegiate officiating experience.

Schroeder is in her first season as an NBA referee after officiating three seasons in the G League and two seasons in the WNBA.

She also has seven years of collegiate officiating experience.

Sago and Schroeder are joined by Lauren Holtkamp-Sterling and Ashley Moyer-Gleich as the four women on the NBA’s current referee list.
