Charles Barkley expressed his displeasure with the controversy that Brooklyn Nets superstar Kyrie Irving has created.

Barkley called out Irving and told him to ‘grow up’ and ‘show for work’.

“It’s time for Kyrie Irving to grow up and be a great player. When you become a professional and making $30 million dollars a year, you’re held to different standards than most people. Enough with the distractions, it’s time for Irving to show for work,” Barkley told Stephen A. Smith.

Irving has missed the last five games of the Brooklyn Nets for personal reasons.

The star of the Nets appeared at a family birthday party without wearing a mask. The NBA fined him $50,000 for the violation of its Health and Safety protocols, while he is also facing a five-day quarantine.
