Orlando Magic centre Nikola Vucevic has been named as one of the five NBA stars to thrive in the last three seasons and deservedly so.

He joins Anthony Davis, Nikola Jokic, Karl-Anthony Towns and reigning two-time NBA MVP Giannis Antetokounmpo, as the only five players to average 20+ points, 10+ rebounds and shoot over 50% from the field per game.

Across his last three seasons, he has averaged 20.4 points, 11.5 rebounds and has shot exactly .500 from the field.

Vucevic, an All-Star in 2019, has been a key factor in Orlando’s success since joining the franchise in 2012.

The Montenegrin 7-footer is averaging 22.5 points and 11.3 rebounds through 11 games this season.

He has been a key factor this season, leading Orlando to a 6-2 record and the #1 seed in the East, making history at the same time as the Magic started 4-0 for the first time in franchise history.

However, injuries have effected the young team and three continuous losses have followed.

Vooch, as fans call him, is the reason the Magic have been able to have success through many games.

Despite losing to the Thunder, he went on a scoring outburst, scoring 30 points and had major success from behind the arc, with four three pointers made, both being season highs.

Orlando will rely on Vucevic tonight, as they face the Boston Celtics in a game which both teams must win.

Is Vucevic clinically underrated? Because many fans believe he is. Let us know what you think through the poll linked below.
