LeBron James does not want to see a change in the identity of the Los Angeles Lakers compared to last season.

Despite the changes to the roster, James wants to see the Lakers retain the aggressive defense and ball movement on offense.

“LeBron said that LAL’s identity hasn’t changed, and shouldn’t change from last year, where it was about aggressive defense and sharing the ball on offense, even if there is some different personnel,” James told reporters, via Mike Trudell of Spectrum Sportsnet.

James and the Lakers defeated the Dallas Mavericks on Christmas Day (115-138) for their first win of the season (1-1).
